SHIPPING:

Shipping may be included in the purchase of some items. Delivery may be provided instead of shipping at the discretion of JAH Audio, Corp. Items provided at a discounted rate may void the free shipping item. Please verify with JAH before completing your order. Included shipping method will be at the discretion of JAH Audio, Corp. JAH Audio, Corp. is not responsible for damage occurred in shipping

DELIVERY:

Reports of discrepancy in shipment must be made within five (5) business days upon receipt of merchandise

WARRANTY:

JAH Audio, Corp. warrants the JAH Audio, Corp. - manufactured hardware, products, and accessories contained in the original packaging ("JAH Audio, Corp. Product") against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance within a period ("Warranty Period"). The Warranty Period is three (3) years from the date of purchase. The warranty is contingent on use of the materials as described in the technical specifications, user manuals, service communications and recommendations from JAH Audio. Please see "JAH Audio, Corp. Limited Warranty" for more information.

RETURN POLICY:

JAH Audio does not accept returns for any reason on any JAH Audio product.

CANCELLATION OF SALE OF GOODS:

Immediately after the time of initial payment,special order items per the JAH Audio invoice may not be cancelled. JAH is committed to providing quality products to their clients. In the event that the wrong product is delivered, please report the finding to JAH immediately. Please see "WARRANTY" for what to do if a product is malfunctioning on arrival.

PAYMENT:

All orders must be paid in full prior to beginning production. You may pay your invoice via bank check, ACH and wire transfer. Late payments are subject to finance charges at the sole discretion of JAH Audio, Corp.
